Do I need a credit card?

Nope. You can sign up without a credit card and when the beta ends, we'll ask you for your card info.

 

Can I change my plan later?

Of course you can. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time after you have signed up and your new subscription will take effect immediately.

 

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel your account, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

 

Can I get a refund?

If you decide to cancel your account, you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.

Is my data secure?

The security is important to us. That's why all our subscriptions uses secure socket layer technology (SSL) to encrypt all information. We also back-up all your data every 24 hours to make sure that nothing is ever lost.
